unSCruz 2025 is fast approaching. When you arrive, we want to get you through the gate and into the Cosmic Odyssey as quickly as possible. Here is the information you NEED.
Before leaving home:
When you purchased tickets, you should have received an email with a QR Code for each participant and vehicle pass purchased. Check your email.
This QR Code is your ticket! Everyone in your vehicle must have one.
Please print out or screenshot each QR Code before arriving.
If you are bringing children (under 18) or a service dog to unSCruz, make sure you have filled out and have all necessary paperwork. See https://unscruz.org/tickets/ for details.
At the entrance gate:
When you arrive at the main gate, stop your vehicle and give a gate staff member the QR Codes for all passengers (and your vehicle pass if you have one). Have IDs ready as well.
The Gate staff member will scan the QR Code for each participant and put on a wristband. Wristband colors are based on age.
At your campsite:
Unload your camping gear at your campsite.
Unless you have a vehicle pass, drive your empty vehicle through the exit gate to general parking. Make sure your wristband is on before leaving!
At general parking:
Park your vehicle. It will stay there for the duration of your stay. Do NOT leave valuables in your vehicle. There will be security at general parking, but still, exercise common sense.
Catch the shuttle back to the event grounds.
You MUST have your wristband ON to ride the shuttle.
Back at your campsite:
Set up camp and start having fun!
Do you want to drink alcohol?
Go to Off Playa Info to request an additional 21+ wristband.
Don’t forget to bring your ID!
Yes, you MUST show this 21+ wristband to be served alcohol at the event. Your ID won’t do.
Is your wristband damaged?
If you are caught without a wristband, you may be asked to leave the event. Protect your wristband!
If your wristband or your child’s wristband is damaged, do not discard the wristband.
Retain all of or as much of the damaged wristband and bring it along with your QR Code and ID to Will Call during Gate hours.
Ticketing will collect the wristband from you and issue a new wristband on-site.
