You are in the right place if you want to apply to bring art, a mutant vehicle, a theme camp, apply for support camps and to apply for an art grant for your project. 

Important! Read all of the information below before you apply.

• All applications must be submitted before the deadline.
• Do not wait until the last minute to begin. Have all required attachments listed prepared to include with your application(s).
• Mutant Vehicle and Art Installation applications require submission of a support camp application.
• Art Grant applications can be submitted for any project you apply for.

We're Excited to Introduce a New, Streamlined Application Platform!

Prior to beginning, please have all of these items prepared in advance to submit:

• For Art Installations and Mutant Vehicles with flame effects: Your FAST PLAN with schematics must be attached. 
• Daytime and nighttime PHOTOS of your art, mutant vehicle, or theme camp, if available.
• A CONCEPT DRAWING of your art installation, mutant vehicle, or theme camp, if no photos are available. If this is the first time showing your art or your Mutant Vehicle, or your first time bringing a theme camp, be prepared to attach a concept drawing so we have an idea of what it will end up looking like.
• For Art Installations, A DIAGRAM/LAYOUT of your art installation that shows how you will have it set up within your placement footprint. Please include footprint measurements.
• If you plan to camp with your art installation, your DIAGRAM/LAYOUT (required template) must include space for all tents, structures, your art, and area of interactivity with attendees. If you are also bringing a mutant vehicle and wish to have space for it within your footprint, include this in your layout.
• For Theme Camps and Art/Mutant Vehicle Support Camps, your CAMP DIAGRAM/LAYOUT (required template). This must include space for all tents, structures, and your area of interactivity with attendees. Theme camps that also plan to bring a mutant vehicle and would like to park it within your footprint, you must also include space for it in your layout. Remember to complete the mutant vehicle application if you wish to bring a mutant vehicle.
• If applying for an Art Grant, you must include a comprehensive budget (Budget Template).

Other Important Information:

• Failure to complete all required questions on this application by the time due will likely result in your application being denied.
• Lasers and One Wheels are NOT PERMITTED at unSCruz 2026.
• unSCruz encourages the use of low to no carbon footprint power sources whenever and wherever possible, ie: solar and LEDs. However, power is available if needed. You MUST provide your own extension cords and cable ramps or carpet to cover cords in public areas and walkways.
• unSCruz, and its affiliates, are NOT responsible for theft, damage or loss to any and all property you bring to the event.
• If your application is approved, Directed Group Sales Entry Tickets and one RV/Vehicle Pass will be available to you to purchase. You will receive one gift entry ticket if your placement application is approved.
• Completing the application does not guarantee that you will be offered placement or an art grant.
